Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Our tat is 14-21 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Our tat starts the next business day after you order. 

Q: What is the Refund/Return Policy?

A: We do not currently offer refunds or returns since all purchases are custom made for your babe (ex. bow/shirt size & preference) unless there is an issue with product quality on our end. If there is any issue please email our customer service team and we will do everything possible to resolve it for you!

 

Q: what age is best for newborn, baby, and toddler size headwraps?

A: newborn fits roughly 0-3 months, baby fits roughly 3-11 months, toddler fits roughly 12-3 years, child size should start at about age 4. If you have any questions about sizing just email me.
